(Totally) Leadership Development is a three-day experiential retreat that equips aspiring, emerging, and experienced professionals with valuable leadership strategies, elevated self-awareness, and increased confidence to navigate today's leadership challenges.
This retreat, led by Pierre Battah and Dr. Tammy Carroll, will recharge and motivate you to become a better leader who will face leadership challenges easily and confidently.

Pierre Battah

Pierre is an award-winning author and has in-depth with individuals and organizations from vastly different sectors and industries and has taken his expertise on-air with the CBC. He has delivered hundreds of workshops and keynotes and has provided counsel to managers and management teams to improve the performance and develop the leadership skills of tens of thousands of people.
He is a long-time workplace columnist and nationally syndicated broadcaster for CBC/Radio-Canada, a TEDx presenter and is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. His book Humanity at Work won the gold medal in the Business and Leadership category at the 2020 Nautilus Book Awards in the US.
Pierre has spoken to audiences across Canada and in the United States. He has provided training for UNB's College of Extended Learning, l'Université de Moncton's Continuing Education Department, and many private and public sector employers and associations.
Pierre is fluently bilingual. He holds an MBA from l'Université de Moncton and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of New Brunswick. He is also a certified management consultant (CMC) and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Dr. Tammy Carroll
PH.D
Through her ambitious professional background, Dr. Tammy Carroll has accumulated extensive knowledge of how people behave in the workplace, which allows her to predict behaviours and performance. She has a passion for sharing this knowledge with leaders so that they can work smarter, not harder.
Dr. Tammy Carroll holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business, Organizational Psychology and Statistics) from the University of New Brunswick, an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester, UK, a BA in Psychology with Honours from the Université de Moncton and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from St-Mary's University. Also, she completed a certificate in the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University.
Her unique international experiences as a practitioner, researcher and instructor make her well-versed in the field of leadership and organizational psychology. She is one of the very few (if not only) consultants specialized in organizational psychology in her region.
